Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website (https://gregsdent.com) or scheduling mobile paintless dent repair services with Greg's Mobile Dent Repair, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Mobile Service & Virtual Estimates

Greg's Mobile Dent Repair provides specialized on-site paintless dent removal (PDR) for cars, trucks, SUVs, vans, and RVs throughout the Phoenix East Valley, Arizona.

• Virtual Estimates: Online quotes and estimates provided via photo or phone are preliminary assessments based on visual evidence provided. In rare cases where hidden bracing, double-walled metal, or underlying structural distortion is discovered upon physical inspection, an updated quote will be provided before work begins.
• PDR Suitability: Paintless dent removal requires intact factory paint. If paint is cracked, broken, or has preexisting clear-coat failure, Greg will advise you on whether PDR is feasible or if body shop refinishing is required.

3. Appointments & Service Location

We bring our mobile workshop directly to your home, office, or designated location. Customers are responsible for providing reasonable access to the vehicle, sufficient clearance to open vehicle doors, and safe working conditions (e.g., driveway, parking lot, or covered shade when temperatures are extreme).

4. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

With over 14 years of professional autobody craftsmanship, Greg takes pride in delivering factory-quality dent removal. Before finishing any job, Greg conducts a thorough walkthrough with you under specialized PDR lighting to ensure your complete satisfaction with the repair.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon successful completion of the repair work on-site, unless prior written arrangements have been made with commercial accounts. We accept standard payment methods including major credit/debit cards, electronic payments, and cash.

6. Limitation of Liability

While every precaution and meticulous care is exercised during the repair process, Greg's Mobile Dent Repair is not liable for preexisting damage, cracked paint from previous impacts, or aftermarket paint jobs that lack OEM factory adhesion standards.
